ColorMix ("App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.
ColorMix does not require account registration or login. Some features (such as ranking and ads) use network services described below.

ColorMix collects limited data required to provide game and ranking features.
- No account registration is required.
- No real name, email address, phone number, or password is required.
- For ranking features, the app may send: app identifier, device identifier (hashed), country code, nickname, game mode, score, memo, and timestamp.
- For advertising, third-party ad SDKs may collect device/advertising identifiers and ad interaction data.
2. Local Data Storage
The App may store certain settings and preferences locally on your device in order to provide core functionality.
- Language and UI preferences
- Stage progress and best accuracy/score
- Nickname and local gameplay preferences
- Other configuration data required for app operation
Local data remains on your device unless specific data is submitted for online ranking.
3. Purpose of Use
Collected data is used only for the following purposes:
- To provide game features and progress tracking
- To provide online ranking and leaderboard display
- To save user preferences and nickname
- To provide and optimize in-app ads
- To maintain app settings between sessions
- To improve service stability and user experience
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers only to provide app features.

5. Internet and Network Use
The app uses network communication for leaderboard synchronization and ad delivery.
Core gameplay is available without account login, but online ranking and ad features require network access.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data remains until the app is deleted or app data is cleared by the user.
Ranking records may remain on the server for leaderboard operation. Nickname changes may update existing server records linked to your device identifier.
7. Children’s Privacy
ColorMix is not directed to children under applicable legal age thresholds for data processing. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
